Jack is a Chartered Accountant and M&A professional with a decade of experience leading complex corporate transactions across the asset and wealth management sector. He currently works in Corporate Development at Aberdeen Group plc, a role he has held since 2016. Over his career, Jack has led or played a central role in a series of high-profile transactions for the group, with expertise in financial modelling, due diligence, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Before moving into finance, Jack worked for Assembly Festivals Ltd, one of the major venue operators of the Edinburgh Festivals, in front of house and venue management roles over a ten-year period.
Based in Edinburgh, but with a family heritage in Perthshire, Jack joined the Board in 2026, drawing on his experience in both finance and the arts.
